一、Analysis of students(学情分析) :
本节课授课对象为三年级学生,刚开始学习英语,对英语学习,尤其是绘本故事学习的兴趣浓厚。他们对于Phonics(自然拼读法)已经较为熟悉,学生已经掌握了26个字母以及五个元音字母a,e,i,o,u, 的发音以及常见的CVC(辅音+元音+辅音)单词拼读。本节课聚焦的核心拼读元音字母是a, o, i, u,辅音字母是r, l, d, b, f, h, s, m, t, g, p ,n;核心拼读单词是rag, lot, lid, lots, and, dog, had, dug, mud, bus, big, hugs, fun, his, Tim, tin, in, it, up。对于学生来说单个的字母音和单词拼读难度并不大,难的是活学活用,培养学生见词能读,见句能读的习惯,从而培养学生英语阅读的能力。
二、Analysis of teaching materials (教材分析):
《Dig, Dig, Dig!》是Songbirds Phonics(外研社丽声拼读故事会)第一级的第四本拼读绘本。故事讲述的是Tim和他的小狗一起挖宝藏,结果相继挖到了破布、玩具公交车、盖子、铁盒以及铁盒里的虫子。本绘本涉及到的单词以a, i, o, u的衍生词为主,复现率高,故事有趣,画面可爱,是一个可读可演的自然拼读绘本。
三、Teaching Aims(教学目标):
语言能力:
1. 知道元音字母a, o, i, u,辅音字母r, l, d, b, f, h, s, m, t, g, p ,n的发音;能运用Phonics(自然拼读法)拼读核心单词rag, lot, lid, lots, and, dog, had, dug, mud, bus, big, hugs, fun, his, Tim, tin, in, it, up。
2. 见词能读,见句能读,用拼读方法解构绘本。
3. 能熟读理解绘本,有感情地朗读并表演绘本。
学习能力:
1. 能够掌握自然拼读的拼词方法,做到见词能读,见句能读。
2. 绘本阅读中,能够通过上下文、视频、图片等预测绘本内容。
3. 绘本阅读后,能够梳理绘本脉络。

1. 能够体会到玩耍游戏、好奇探索给我们带来的快乐以及。

六、Teaching strategies (教学策略)
本节课的定位为自然拼读绘本课,设计课程时参考了赵淑红老师的英语“SPP”阅读入门教学模式,即结合视觉词(Sight words)的学习,以拼读规则(Phonics)教学为中心,通过绘本(Picture book)的使用,加以理解、巩固、提升,着力于学生阅读解码能力的英语阅读素养的培养,是培养小学生早期英语阅读素养的一种教学模式。基本模式为先进行词汇句型的铺垫,再进行绘本阅读,教学过程注重从旧到新、由易到难、从input到output。

Step 1 Pre-reading
1. 儿歌热身,活跃气氛。
First let’s chant together. Let’s chant for AEIOU.
(学生起立表演唱元音字母AEIOU的chant,一则活跃气氛,二则熟知元音字母的发音。)
A,a;E,e;I, i;O,o;U,u,they are Vowels.
2. 语音呈现,拼读准备。
Let’s say the Focus Phonics of this book:Rr, Ll, Dd, Bb, Ff, Hh, Ss, Mm, Tt, Gg, Pp, Nn
(教师演示字母操R, R, r, r,学生分别说其它字母的字母音)
These letters are Consonants.
3. 解码拼读,单词铺垫。
Let’s read. I can read the CVC words like “had”. h—a—d, had. Can you read these words?
a—had, and, rag; i—dig, Tim, his, lid, big, tin, in, it;
o—dog, lot, lots; u—dug, up, bus, mud, bugs, fun,

4. Read and learn: a rag, a lid, a big tin, a bus, a lot of mud, lots of bugs.
5. Lead in. These pictures and words are from this picture book.
6. Talk about the cover of the book.
What can you see in the cover? I can see … ( a white dog; a boy, he’s Tim, the write is Julia Donaldson, the UK. The title is “Did, Dig, Dig”. )
7. Look, here’s a treasure map in Tim’s hand. What do they want to dig? Did Tim and his dog find the treasure at last? Let’s watch and answer.
Step 2 While-reading
1. 观看动画,预测结尾
1)观看动画后回答问题:Did Tim and his dog find the treasure at last? (No.)
2)追问:How many things did they did up? What did they dig up? Watch the cartoon again?
2. 初读绘本,了解大概
1)Read and find:How many things did they dig up? (They dug up five things.)
2)Read and tick. What did they dig up? Read the P2—7 and tick the correct answer.
a. Tim dug up a lot of mud(泥). b. Tim dug up a truck(卡车)。
c. Tim dug up a bus(公交车). d. Tim dug up a big tin(大盒子).
e. His dog dug up a rag(破布). f. His dog dug up a lid(盖子).
3) How can we read the picture well. Pay attention to the reading tips:
a. Read the words and sentences. (读文本)
b. Read the picture.(读图片)
3. 再读绘本,理解绘本
How do you got the answers? The pictures from P2—7. Let’s read and act them out.
4. 深度剖析,研读绘本
What’s in this big tin? Some treasure or a big bone?
Let’s watch the cartoon again. This time, you can try to read aloud.
(播放动画片了解细节:盒子里到底是什么?同时引导学生大声跟读。)
What’s in this big tin? There is not any treasure or a big bone. There are lots of bugs.

教师和学生一起阅读绘本,并引导学生有感情地朗读表演绘本中的句子。
5. 阅读绘本,正音理解
1) Let’s imitate. 跟读视频,纠音正音。
2) Read it by yourselves. 自读绘本, 正音理解绘本。小组内可以互相帮助,可以一起朗读。
Step 3 Post-reading
1. 动画配音,强化故事。
Let’s dub. Can you dub this story? Let’s have a try. 为动画片配音。
2. 讨论拓展,升华主题。
1) Do you like finding treasure? (Yes.)
2) Will Tim and his dog give up? ( Yes. / Maybe. No. They will keep trying.)
3) Now boys and girls, 生活中你会坚持寻找属于你的宝藏吗?遇到困难和失望你会怎么做呢?你会坚持寻找你的宝藏吗?
4) Remember: We should never give up. 我们要有永不言弃的精神。
We should enjoy the fun of trying. 我们要享受努力过程中的乐趣。
3. 结合实际,活学活用。
If you want to be a good student, what should you do?
We should work hard and enjoy learning. We should not be afraid of failure.

4. 韵律结尾,复习所学。
1) 引出韵律,教唱韵律。Tim and his dog dig, dig and dig. They dug up a lot of things. Let’s read the chant. 《Dig, Dig, dig!》

Dug up a lid. Dug up a tin. Dug up bugs.
2) 吟唱韵律。以韵律结尾,起到复习所学的作用。
