3A Unit6 Colours (Period 1)

一、教学目标:

1.通过学习story time,能了解Yang Ling的魔术秀,能灵活运用What colour isnowWhat colour is it now?等句型询问颜色。用Itsand来回答。

2.通过学习story time,创设真实语用环境,掌握如下颜色:red, green, yellow, orange.

二、教学重难点:

1.通过在真实语境中练习,进一步熟练掌握本单元问答颜色的句式:

What colour is? Its

2.掌握词汇:red, green, yellow, orange, now.

Step1 Warm up

1. Greeting

T:Good morning, boys and girls.

S: Good morning, Miss Xu.

2.Enjoy an English song.

T: This song is about the rainbow. What do you think of the rainbow.

S: It’s nice.\How nice!\Its great.\Great.

T: I think the rainbow is colourful. Today we’ll talk about colours. Lets learn Unit 6 colours.

Step2 Presentation

1. Xu Yangs magic show

T: I like colours. Colours are magic. I can play the colour magic. Do you want to have a look?

S: Yes

T: I will show you. But you should learn the magic words first.

Magic words: What colour is it?

T: Say the magic words again and again, then the colour will change.

Teach: orange green

2.Story time

(1)Guessing time

T:I can play the magic. My friend Yang Ling can play too. She wants to play for us. She is prepared for the magic. Guess: What is she showing?

(2) Watching time

T: What colours is she showing? Watch the cartoon, then tick.

(3)Listening time

T: Can you order the colours of Yang Lings skirt? This time, lets listen the tape and order.

(3)Reading time

a. Listen and imitate.(加上语气、动作指导)

bRead after the tape.(注意语音和语调哦!)

c. Choose one way to read.

Step3 Consolidation

1. Our magic show.

T: Magic is interesting . Do you want to play. Let me try first.

T: Now its your turn. You can work in four. Choose three pieces of colourful paper. At the show time, you should come to the stage and play it with all the students.

2. A magic dress

T: Well done, boys and girls. Heres a present for you, A magic dress. Lets have a look, then answer the questions.

3.Enjoy some colourful pictures.

Step4 Homework

1.Act out the story with your friends.

2.Find the colours and talk with your family.

3.Try to learn “Colour song”(page42) by yourselves
