一﹑教学内容和目标:

1. 能听懂,会说,会读词汇:eleven, twelve, breakfast, lunch, dinner, bed.

2. 能听懂,会说,会读句型与日常用语:What time is it? It’s…o’clock. It’s time for… Wake up. Hurry up.

3. 能有感情地跟读课文,加强时间意识。

二﹑教学重点和难点:

1. 教学重点:词汇eleven, twelve, breakfast, dinner, bed. 句型What time is it? It’s…o’clock. It’s time for breakfast/ class /dinner/ bed.

2. 教学难点:eleven, twelve, breakfast, dinner, o’clock的读音。 句型What time is it? It’s…o’clock. It’s time for breakfast/ class /dinner/ bed. 在语境中的运用。

三﹑教学准备:PPT课件,练习纸。

四﹑教学过程:

Step 1 Warming up.

1. It’s a fine day today. Let’s do morning exercise.

2. Play a game. When you see the number, say it loudly. When you see a panda, say “lovely”. …You know many numbers.

Step 2 Presentation and practice.

1. Can you count from one? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine, ten, eleven… (Teach: eleven.)…and twelve. (Teach: twelve.) Look, what is it? It’s a clock. Teach: clock. It can tell the time. Teach: time.

2. T: What time is it? (指示引导)S: It’s nine. Teach: o’clock--It’s nine o’clock. T: What time is it? S: It’s seven o’clock. Teach: What time is it? Read: What time is it? It’s seven o’clock. Teach: It’s time for breakfast.

3. (课文)It’s seven o’clock. But Liu Tao is still in bed. Teach: bed. What does Mum say? Listen. (Wake up, Taotao.) Teach: wake (cake) --wake up. Guess the meaning of “Wake up”. Read: Wake up. (动作) Let’s help Mum to call Liu Tao. Ss together: Wake up, Taotao.

4. Liu Tao is very busy today. Let’s watch the cartoon. Then choose a title: A. Liu Tao’s Day. B. Liu Tao’s Weekend. Which one do you choose? A or B?

5. Now let’s listen to the story. While listening, please number the pictures. Finish exercise one on your paper. Let’s check answer. Which picture is number 1?...so the correct number is…Are you right?

6. Liu Tao does many things today. Open your books. Read story time first, and then match. Finish exercise two on your paper.

T: What time is it? S: It’s seven o’clock. It’s time for breakfast.

T: After breakfast, it’s time for class. But Liu Tao is late. (超链接)What will Miss Li say? Teach: Hurry up.

T: Don’t be late for class. Seize the time. (返回)

T: What time is it? S: It’s six o’clock. It’s time for dinner. Teach: dinner. T: What time is it? S: It’s nine o’clock. It’s time for bed.

7. Let’s retell Liu Tao’s Day.

8. Let’s read ‘Story time’ now. Pay attention to the pronunciation. Try to imitate.

9. Read by yourselves (three Ss in a group). You can choose one from Read together. Read in roles. Act the story.

10. Read and show. Let’s tick.(在每组学生表演完后进行tick

(I’m sure all of you can act the story next time. Try your best! OK?)

Step 3 Consolidation.

1. Let’s recall what we have learnt. (Summary.)

2. Have a break next. Enjoy Jack’s Day. …Always be on time. A good timetable helps you keep healthy.

Step 4 Homework.

1. T: This is my timetable. Design your timetable and discuss with your friend in English.

2. Read after the tape for three times.
